To create a new login, invite the user through the existing VOLENG account management first, then link that account here. Reception's legacy standalone portal permissions still require a controlled migration.

Open an appointment to attach a secure payment URL or prepare an email, SMS or WhatsApp message. This edition does not charge a customer's card. Transactional email can be sent automatically when enabled; SMS and WhatsApp require separate providers.
Merchant payments: your own payment provider must generate the payment link. VOLENG stores its HTTPS URL. A future Stripe Connect integration is required for automatic merchant checkout, verified payments and refunds.
Communications: email opens your mail app, WhatsApp opens WhatsApp, SMS opens your device messaging app. Sending requires your confirmation.
