Am I charged per user?

No. VOLENG is billed per workspace plan. Each plan includes a defined number of users; the per-user figure on the cards is only an effective-cost comparison.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can move to a higher plan as your team or capability needs grow. Plan limits and billing timing apply to downgrades.

What if I need more than 25 users?

Choose Dedicated. It is designed for 25+ users and for organisations that need tailored capacity, identity, integrations or implementation support.

Is there a long-term contract?

Monthly subscriptions are flexible and can be cancelled according to the billing terms. Annual plans are billed for the selected annual period.

Are hosting and updates included?

Yes. Cloud hosting and product updates for the capabilities included in your plan are part of the subscription.

Do you offer Microsoft sign-in?

Microsoft / Entra ID sign-in and advanced identity requirements are available with Dedicated environments.

What about API and integrations?

Advanced API and integration capabilities are included from Premium, with tailored integration setup available in Dedicated.

Can I start with a trial?

Yes. Free Solo is €0 with no trial expiry. Starter, Business and Premium have a free trial, and Dedicated is arranged with VOLENG.
